Presentation Instructions

 

Instruction for Oral Presentation

 

Please submit your presentation file to pr-lw18 (available from 1 October 2013) no later than one hour before the start of the session.

Please include your article number with the email subject, and also in the file name (e.g. “13-0205-Nakamura.ppt”).

Acceptable File Types: PowerPoint (2002 - 2010), Portable Document Format (PDF) (ver. 1.5 - 1.7), or Open Office Impress (ver. 3.0 - 4.0)

Each presentation file should not exceed 10MB.

 

Instruction for Poster Presentation

 

The dimensions of a poster board are 120 cm wide x 180 cm high.  The authors are requested to print the poster by themselves in advance (there is no poster-printing facility around the venue) and to display it before 9.30 am, Monday, 11 November 2013.  Please submit your poster file to pr-lw18 , preferably during the workshop, or before 22 November 2013.

Please include your article number at the top of your poster.  Also, include your article number in the email subject, and in the file name (e.g. “13-Po05-Nakamura.ppt”).

Acceptable File Types: PowerPoint (2002 - 2010), Portable Document Format (PDF) (ver. 1.5 - 1.7), Adobe Illustrator (CS1 - CS6) or Open Office Impress (ver. 3.0 - 4.0)

Each poster file should not exceed 10MB.

 

Instructions for Proceedings Papers

 

Please submit your paper to Z-LW18@jaxa.jp by 25 December 2013.

The template of paper is available here. Detailed rule is described in the template file.

Acceptable File Type: Microsoft Word (ver. 2003-2010).

Please note that the proceedings papers are distributed online only.  Please read the following note - your agreement is automatically regarded by submitting the manuscript.

Copyright Transfer

All copyrights of the manuscript, including rights for publishing in any media, are transferred to ILRS/NASA CDDIS.

The authors retain the following rights:
1.All proprietary rights other than copyrights.
2.Re-use of all or part of the manuscript in their work.
3.Reproduction of the manuscript for author's personal use or for company/institution use provided that
(a) the permission of the 18th international workshop on laser ranging is obtained prior to reproduction,
(b) the source and ILRS/NASA CDDIS are indicated, and
(c) the copies are not offered for sale.
4.The consent of the author (or one of the authors) is sought as a condition in granting republication permission to others.
