Directions
Tokyo has two major international airports, Haneda and Narita. There are a number of transportation modes from the airports to the venue.
Here is LOC's recommendation, in view of easy transfer and comfort.
If you arrive at Narita Airport:

If you arrive at Haneda Airport:

Fujikyu/Keikyu Bus (only if you luckily arrive just before 10:05 or 13:45)
- Direct to the venue. Only two services per day.

[Haneda->Shinjuku]
Airport Limousine Bus
- from: "International Terminal", "Terminal 2" and "Terminal 1"
- to: "Shinjuku Station West Exit"
- about 60 mins, every 15-20 mins, JPY 1200 (Midnight JPY 2000)

Change of Buses at Shinjuku:
- Get off the bus at the point "A" (Bus stop No. 23 when coming from Narita)
- or, at the point "B" (Bus stop No. 24 when coming from Haneda)
- Go to the point "C" (Shinjuku Expressway (Keio) Bus Terminal).
- Just 1 or 2 min's walk. Extremely packed area. Not as easy as it looks!
- Toilet is close to the basement of the bus terminal.
- If a bus is fully booked (possible in the morning), please follow the train route at the bottom of this webpage.
- [return trip] Get a ticket to Narita/Haneda Airport at the booth close to the point "A", and go to the bus stop No. 23 ("A") and 24 ("B") for Narita and Haneda respectively.

[Shinjuku->Venue] Fujikyu Bus

Other possibilities & useful info:
- More info available at the venue's website.
- Taxi: Extremely expensive (JPY 70000 or more from Narita). Not recommended.
- Car rental: Available at the airports. 3 hours from Narita and 2 hours from Haneda via motorway, charged about JPY 5000 and 3500 respectively. Often delayed in traffic. Drive on the left.
- Trains from Narita (one of many options): [1] JR Narita Express from Narita Airport to Shinjuku or Tokyo, [2] JR Chuo line (Orange color train) from Shinjuku or Tokyo to Otsuki (changing at Takao often required), [3] Fuji Kyuko Line from Otsuki to Fujisan. [4] Take a free shuttle bus (every hour) or a 5-min taxi to the venue.
- Trains from Haneda (one of many options): [1] Keihin Kyuko from Haneda Airport to Shinagawa, [2] JR Yamanote Line (Green color train) from Shinagawa to Shinjuku, [3] JR Chuo line (Orange color train) from Shinjuku to Otsuki (changing at Takao often required), [4] Fuji Kyuko Line from Otsuki to Fujisan. [5] Take a free shuttle bus (every hour) or a 5-min taxi to the venue.
